1 General Terms and Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between tak15 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the tak15 online casino and sports betting services available at tak15.net. By creating an account or using any feature of the tak15 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein.

This Agreement is effective from the date of your first registration or access to the tak15 platform. tak15 is operated as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting markets, and related services to players located in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

tak15 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Providing false information during registration, or at any subsequent verification stage, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account suspension, cancellation of all pending bonuses, and forfeiture of any balance derived from activity conducted during the period of misrepresentation.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall govern in the event of any conflict or ambiguity. tak15 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money gaming features on tak15, you are required to create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen username and password. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify tak15 promptly of any changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the tak15 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, tak15 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.

tak15 may request additional documentation at any stage to verify identity, source of funds, or residential address. Failure to supply requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the tak15 support team may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other individual to access your tak15 account. tak15 will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — regardless of whether you personally performed the activity — is your sole responsibility.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

tak15 supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted for eligible accounts. All transactions on tak15 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits are credited to your tak15 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from your chosen payment provider. tak15 does not impose additional transaction fees on standard deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own service charges. Players are advised to review the fee schedule of their chosen payment service before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. tak15 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard verified withdrawals are typically processed within one business day under Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). During high-volume periods, processing may take up to three business days.

tak15 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the tak15 account holder. Any deposit received from an account that does not match the player's registered identity may be reversed, and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

tak15 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses offered by tak15 are subject to this section and to any additional specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotional terms for that bonus. Players are responsible for reviewing these terms before claiming any bonus.

Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry of this window will be forfeited automatically. tak15 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already actively held by a player.

tak15 operates a strict one-bonus-at-a-time policy. Players may not hold two active bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted under a specific promotional offer. Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of all active bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the tak15 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are supplied by internationally certified third-party game studios. These providers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) parameters, which are set by the respective game studio and cannot be altered by tak15.

tak15 exclusively offers games that use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time human dealers subject to independent oversight by the game studio. This ensures that all outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by any external factor, including the size of a player's balance, their betting history, or their account status.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server disconnection, display error, or game client failure — any game round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be treated according to the game provider's published malfunction policy. tak15 will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct interrupted rounds from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting bots or scripts, or engage in any form of collusion with other players will be treated as a serious breach of this Agreement. tak15 reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all winnings, suspend the account, and pursue any available legal remedies against a player found to have engaged in such conduct.

6 Age Restriction and Player Protection

tak15 is an adults-only platform. The minimum age to register an account, make a deposit, and participate in any form of gaming activity on tak15 is 18 years. This restriction is strictly enforced. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 at any point will have their account immediately and permanently closed, all deposits refunded where traceable, and all winnings voided regardless of the games through which they were accrued.

tak15 implements age verification checks as part of its standard KYC process. Players may be required to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document confirming their date of birth before they are permitted to make a withdrawal. tak15 reserves the right to apply a temporary deposit freeze to any account where age verification has not yet been completed.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tak15 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and referral to appropriate legal authorities.

• Registering more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Accessing the tak15 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets or casino games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or display glitches to generate winnings in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Using the tak15 platform to launder money or process payments on behalf of third parties.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward any member of the tak15 customer support team.
• Making fraudulent chargeback requests in relation to deposits made on the tak15 platform.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party or allowing another individual to operate your account.

tak15 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct. Suspended accounts will remain under review until tak15's investigation is complete. Players whose accounts are suspended will be notified via their registered email address and may submit documentation to [email protected] in support of their case.

8 Limitation of Liability

tak15 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While tak15 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to its services, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, data transmission delays, or third-party service interruptions. tak15 shall not be liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or the failure of any third-party payment or game service provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tak15's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tak15 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if tak15 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tak15 makes no representation or warranty that the content, games, or services available on the platform are appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. Players who access tak15 from outside Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. tak15 expressly disclaims all liability arising from a player's use of the platform in breach of the laws of their jurisdiction.
